Hey guys my bday is coming up and I will go with some friends to a restaurant/bar to eat and get some drinks. I invited my closest friends and a girl from my work which I like and she knows it and we have kissed before as well.

Anyway, I am feeling insecure because I am not sure where we at with her as she is my supervisor and she says she doesn’t want to mix things up but everybody around us always see the chemistry and think we have something.

We have kissed multiple times on ocassions where we go out and have some drinks after work. However, she speaks with other guys and I flirt with other girls too. Even while at work, she has seen me flirting with customers (I am a server). She kind of acts as being jealous but I don’t know if I should take her seriously.

Anyway, my bday is coming up and I invited her because well we are close and I want her to celebrate it with me. But I feel insecure if she starts to flirt with one of my friends and she just leave me as her friend.

What advise can you give me on this on how to deal with the situation, I was thinking to introduce her to my friends as my girlfriend like joking but then correcting and saying something like she is just a friend of she is my job girlfriend
