We've been friends for close to 8 years. Started sleeping together on and off for the past year. Tonight she flaked on me and this isnt the first time. She called and apologized and it sounded like she was crying. When I asked for context she didnt go into it. So our outing for tonight is dead.

For some reason my PUA mind is telling me that she should get her life together before we try again. We're not exclusive so that part of me is saying I should still go out alone and see what I find. But also she is my friend and I've known her for a long time platonically before we hooked up. Should I get involved and try and help her? Surely that's the correct way forward.
