Try to understand how learning game works. There usually is something that is holding you back. In some cases, it may prevent you from approaching in the first place.

You dive in and try it out anyway, to see what happens.

What doesn’t matter is whether or not you got a good result. What does matter is you gained a reference experience and learned something. Make an adjustment, keep trying.

Any limiting belief or skill you don’t have, can be addressed by taking action and getting references. The things that hold you back are all opportunities to grow, improve, learn, etc…

Embrace the difficulties. It’s not supposed to be easy. Welcome the challenges, and look at whatever your working on as a way to level up.

Instead of seeking validation for doing this at an older age, consider doing it anyway to gain reference experiences and learn what actually will work for you.

This is all a very pua way of seeing things. But mindsets matter. And 31 shouldn’t be a problem.

Similar to me, before 30-, i were with friends, hobbies, having solo moto adventures, i didn't thought about girls (well actually some times), I'm creative guy, i wrote, filmed, took photos,reels, created IG with thousands of followers. Well, time goes and values too. I tried dating (after looong time), but first two dates was with foreign girls 😅.. I'm not fluent talk english, coz before that there was no talk chances to refresh my skills, so both ended with small understood issue. Anyway both times were nice. But now I'm tired to continue date, coz girls now is.. changed.. it's not easy to find normal with trusting value. I don't want to stress so i agree them, who says- don't chase, the right one will appear to you when you will wait almost end. (Something like that). So I suggest you to be as you are, don't fake, have faith yourself, you are worth, don't compare you with other's! We each are unique, and nothing lost, don't limit age's. When you start to believe your self, all will change. Your inner world reflect outer. I was (and almost am) as you, and still learning. i see already natural results, you need more courage (i see you have) and do what you do but properly/ other way.. (see YT).

I’m 36 and am starting. There are plenty of girls still at this age. Just start small by socializing however you can, then work your way up. Also the thing I’m starting to see is to give it time while you’re out - it might be an hour or 2 before you feel comfortable. Another thing is I like to go where I can walk around. Sometimes if I’m just in one bar with not a lot of people I’ll get in my head. Plus the opportunities are less.

Extreme cases need extreme solutions.

Try your luck near a super/hypermarket as the chances of meeting mature women are higher in these places. Don't rely on luck, you have to make your own luck. To do that, you have to act like a predator, look around for women, maybe even run after a woman, otherwise she'll disappear. The "game" is not more difficult after 30, it is just a bit difficult to find women because most of them are married (by instinct I look first at their hand to see if they have the ring), also those who are single are actually divorced or with a child.... and also if they are single at 30-35-40 it is not a good sign, you need not to be picky. But you're only 31 and I'm 46, so maybe the divorced women or those with a child don't apply to you yet.

Regardless of how old I've gotten, I still prefer girls who are between 18-21 and I still regularly get those kinds of girls now in my 30s. I even had a threesome with two 18 year olds a few days ago.

Our ages may or may not be handicaps but if they are, they are some of the easiest handicaps to overcome with good game. There are much bigger handicaps I've seen overcome by game.
