Here's how I feel about it

Noobs will double text and it will look bad

Intermediate will never double text because hurr gotta be an alpha chad

Advanced guys will double text the hottest girls and maybe eventually get a positive outcome out of it in some cases

Don’t come off as needy. If you’re gonna double text after she ghosted you, make sure you put some emphasis and closure in your texts.

Be firm. Be straight up with her. Make sure she gets the point.

From my experience double-texting has never worked or if it does, she might answer to one or two additional messages before ghosting again.

I think that's why people recommend to just next, usually the situation is already dead and unsalvageable.

Doesn't cost anything to try of course but it's most certainly a waste of time.

One thing to consider is that if you just leave it aka next her, she might in some cases text you back in like even a month or so. Lower chance if you've kept chasing her.

If you're texting 5 girls and one of them does not text you back, IMO it's ok to text her another value-giving text or something like a meme (but never a question) after 4-5 days. You genuinely don't give a fuck about it because you have an abundance of girls. BUT in the case you're describing here, you probably don't have an abundance of girls. As others pointed out, I feel that you came here to get justification for texting some girl too close in your social circle. So in this case, I don't think you should text her again.
