Are you kidding me? You need to lurk around here more. You'll find a bunch of reports of people cold approaching women on the street/coffee shop/mall and getting their number and going on a date.
Lurk around seddit more, read the basics. Read the posts here and practice in real life. With proper theory and practice, in a couple months you will be doing exactly this:

I'm pretty much all bar/social scene game, so I can't give tips on day game etc. But there are several posts on Seddit with ideas like cooking classes, social sports leagues, malls/coffee shops/street game, etc. You definitely can do cold approaches on the street or similar places.

Do something other than work. Go take some classes in something, be active and go where the women you want to fuck would be at.
When you go out, don't limit yourself in girls, talk to the hottest ones there. I'm sure no matter where you are, there are still attractive women.
Be cocky, and then put your dick in her. Its pretty clear she wants it.
There's not much seduction for you to do, just tell her "Get in my bed or I am going to spank you."
Quit focusing on any one girl... it is going to get you frustrated, in the meantime start talking to many many many girls and give yourself options, busy your time with them.
