On Friday, me and a buddy of mine who studies game went out to approach some sets. Considering all the bars were ridiculously packed (hour+ wait for each) and not being able to practice as much as could've, we did good.

Our goal was to open everyone we can and get rejected by at least 3 girls. After scanning the bar once (bad move imo) I started hitting up some sets. Nothing spectacular happened but I decided from that point on that I was focusing waaaaaaay too much on the opener itself and not on opening so I started using the old "who lies more, girls or guys?" opener. I know this one is old and I'm more likely to get blown out due to the fact that everyone uses this or something similar when they're starting out but I realized that I need to stop giving a fuck about the opener itself as it is just a means to start the conversation.

From now on I'm forcing myself to open with the opinion openers I know from the books and gonna get as much AA out as possible because at the end of the day, it's gonna help me on my way to not giving a fuck and just opening.
