I wouldn't respond unless you really want to.

I also don't think it's a bad thing.

I also don't think a reasonable person would be turned-off by it, or even view you in a negative light after seeing that comment (it's just a picture with some girl- we all have those).

That comment is essentially "preselection" (ie: other girls will hopefully see it, and they'll infer that you're good with women. That's hardly ever a bad thing).

Either ignore it, or think of a clever joke. Joke could easily come off try hard though. Shes almost trying to force a reaction.

Best response at 2am I can think of is "I love and respect all of my friends! So, what ya doing Saturday night? ;) "

Think I could pull that off but it depends on personality.

Agree and Amplify. "Yeah, I'm the biggest mack daddy around :P " the fact that she has a winky face means it probably isn't venemous and she's kidding around, you should go the same route.
