Well, whenever I have a case of oneitis I just try to date other women until it goes away. Sometimes it makes it worse, though. Nothing like having oneitis, start dating someone new to forget that one and then getting ghosted by the new one. Combobreaker.

Just date other women so you have more options. Usually helps with me. Though one time I had bad oneitis where despite dating other women I was attached to one.
