Hey guys, I'm still on a high from the interaction, but I'll try to recap what just happened:

So I went into a grocery store just to kill some time before a doctor's appointment. When I walk in, I immediately see a girl looking at me and walking towards the left side of the store. I automatically look that way, and low and behold, it's the soap section! Well, I'll be damn--I actually needed some soap. I walk towards the displays, and the girl who was looking at me asks if I need any help... yep, she works there. And she's easily a HB10 in my book.

On any other day, I might say nope, just browsing, but today, my hair was lookin' good, I was wearing some kickin' clothes, and I was fallin' hard for her. She shows me the section and recommends different kinds of soaps. I joke around with her, asking if she's trying to get me to smell like a girl or something. After a few minutes of me observing the different soaps and her walking back and forth to me, I muster the courage to give her a compliment: "I just gotta say, you have really pretty eyes". It was true. She says, "Thanks! And you do too!" I immediately said, "Aww shut up, you're just saying that" in a joking manner and give her a wink.

After all the bullshit with looking at soap, I walk up to her and tell her I've found the right one for me. I then ask if I can check out with her, and she says, "nope! You have to go over to the cashiers". We joke about one of the new cashiers, and she says she looks unapproachable. I tell her that maybe it's her that's unapproachable. Then she says something that really hits me: "People say that I'm intimidating, actually".

Guys, hold up a second and hear me out. She says that people think she's intimidating. Now, if you saw this girl, you'd think she's the sweetest thing in the world. Seriously, she's so fucking cute. So when she said that, I was a little stunned, but then I realized what it meant--guys didn't approach her because she was so intimidatingly attractive. Well, that gave me a rush! I had more guts than other guys. I definitely needed to act on this and get my alpha on.

So after a few backs and forths, she tells me to go to one of the cashiers who she's buddies with. She tells me to tell him that "Elizabeth sent you". Of course, I go to his line and tell him just that. We joke back and forth, and I make good with the guy because 1. he's fucking cool and 2. he's got my back if they talk.

After the friendly interaction, I make my way back to the girl. I'm fucking nervous, but I know I need to # close. I walk up and say, "Wow, you were right about that guy! Perfect service, even gave me a discount for knowing you!" She smiled. This is where I sorta fucked up, ish.

I got really nervous, looked at my watch (what was I thinking?) and said, "Well, I gotta go, but, uh, would you want to go out sometime?" I stood there awkwardly and she looked at me awkwardly. Looked around, smiling, but I could tell there was some kind of conflict. Then she says, "Uhhh... sure." Still smiling, but I could tell something was up. It didn't feel too good, and I'm hoping you guys'll have some advice on what I could've done better.

Anyhoo, I put her number into my phone (should I have handed it to her? idk.) and then she asks my name, and I extend my hand. She loves my name and gives me a big smile. I tell her I'll text her later and leave.

So guys, please give any advice on what I did well, what I could've done better, etc. I think I definitely should've given her my name in the beginning. I don't know. Sorry if this is all over the place--I'm on a super big high from getting the number of a really, really cute girl. :)
