Short version: 44, straight man in a major American city, very inexperienced but pretty decent socially in non-romantic contexts. My goal is to find a LTR and I'm really impressed by the book Models.

I have anxieties that are seduction-specific. To give you a sense, I feel resistance to even asking women for the time (though I can do it, gracefully enough) if I know it's part of building up approach skills. If I just wanted to know the time it wouldn't bother me at all.

Has anyone put himself on a step-by-step program to follow the advice in Models - not just for approach but for whatever aspects were important to them? I know there are some step-by-step aspects of Models already, but I'm curious if anyone built a more detailed approach that gave them specific tasks for each day.

I'm aware that not everyone here is a fan of Models. Those who like it least seem to be after some volume of casual sex, which isn't my goal right now.
