If that's their answer they probably don't want to talk about it. The whole reason to talk about a girls interests is to get her talking about something she likes, but if she doesn't want to talk about what she's into then its irrelevant.

Try to stay in the moment rather than talk about past and future, it's much more exciting for the girl. This way things will come up naturally and when you notice she's excited by something you can go from there.

My rule of thumb is if you have gotten to the point where you gotta ask for the girls interests by text, you've already lost. Interests should be discovered not presented as attributes in a text.
