Confidence and a sense of humor aren't things you "use up" -- they're just traits you possess. You "keep up" your relationships by just being the best man you can be. If your personalities are compatible and you don't get bored with each other, it'll last. Otherwise, it'll end just like everything else.

People are in your life for as long as they need to be. Don't stress out over longevity; just focus on being the best version of yourself.

I get this completely. I'm a naturally flirty person and I simply enjoy social interaction, even with strangers, especially if they're pretty. Personally, my way of solving this dilemma is to be non-monogamous. I know that's not an possibility for everyone. Lots of people aren't comfortable with it, but if you can pull it off, it'll allow you to keep that Hunting aspect that you seem to like while also having the stability of a caring relationship.

Alternatively, keep the game up, just don't seal or escalate. Get to that point where you know you could and don't. That can be satisfying and since there's almost no investment for you, you hold all the power. It's sort of like the idea of "It doesn't matter who preheats the oven, as long as you eat at home."

Lastly, maybe see if she's ok with you being flirty. Do what you can to let her know that you genuinely like her and care for her. Shower her in attention when you're out but don't let something interesting pass you by if you see it. Just remember to always return to home base and check in with her. Toddlers do something similar when they're just starting to get curious about the world. They venture out, sometimes pretty far, and when something happens, they dash back to mom because she's safe and then they go out again.

There is no end game to self-improvement and seduction. You can always have better conversation skills, make yourself more attractive, have more hobbies, and gain more experiences. None of these things are dependent on your relationship status.

If you want to specifically focus on outer game, you can do two things: practice on your girlfriend, or practice on other girls. Although practicing approaches, kino, rapport, escalation, etc. on your girlfriend seems stupid because you already know the outcome, sharpening your tools by going through the motions is still very helpful.

I wouldnt recommend making your girlfriend mad because you are hitting on other girls actively, but you can still attract women you talk to without actively flirting with them. Selling yourself by demonstrating attractive qualities is a vital piece of outer game.

Depends on what you want. If you're just in it for the sex, change nothing, and don't see her too often. If you also want love, you need to tune down the demonstrations of outcome independence. Answer her texts and show her that she means something to you/that you love her. This is the relationship phase and not the courtship phase, there's no need to pretend to be tough anymore. I think the right attitude is to think that if she would leave you, you would hate it, but your life would still be in order and you will definitely find someone else soon. In any case, the most important thing is to stay true to yourself and don't bend your personality for anything.
