2 hours away is a logistical issue, people date people in their vicinity. This isnt ideal.

However if she agrees to meet you and hopefully she doesnt stand you up, then you’re 75% there. All you need to do is chat a bit, learn about each other, then get closer and touch her body. Start with a hug, then as you guys converse and are more comfortable. Try hands, arm or waist (if she has jewelry, tattoos etc you can ask about them by touching gently and respectfully) walk closer to each other (walking in an interesting area is a great date). Then just go for the kiss.

If she is receptive to that all you need to do is finish the meal drink and ask if she wants to go back to your place or something.

Get some drinks in you guys, if you uncomfortable making moves in a busy atmosphere ask if she wants to go for a walk. Then during your walk find a good time to go for a kiss. If you guys get heated ask if she wants to go somewhere more comfortable I.e your place. And then do the same at your place.

You can be direct without being explicit or vulgar. Simply saying "I want you!" Women are turned on by a man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to say it. Saying " I want " is a sign of both of these traits. This is assuming you get past the kiss.
