There is no "bro code", there is no he was here first. They're not dating, he has no claim. I would think that basically every attractive girl I am interested in probably has multiple other guys interested and perhaps taking her out at the same time as me.

If you like this girl, by all means ask her out. Don't let some mistaken sense of whatever be an excuse to not talk to her.

Of course you should have, worst case scenario is you have a conversation with two people, and you have an opening with her in the future. And who knows? You could've made a couple new friends! If the girl wasn't into you, maybe she'd be a good wingwoman in the future. You literally have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, so approach!

A lot of differing answers ITT. I would say that you should definitely have approached and spoke to them. You never know she could be insanely attracted to you and it is just good practice. However, if she seems to be into this other guy I would move on.
