You don't need a car to date, just have her drive. Worked for me when I was on exchange in the US.

On the first date you can meet at some venue, and then have her drive you to the next place, etc.

Lol, in Europe everyone your age goes on dates without a car.

They go to malls, parks, beaches, public squares, bars, touristic places, without the need of a car.

I got my liscence at 24 as a guy. Everything became so much easier after I got it. It's crucial that you get one. Unless you live in a city or close to a station, forget about dating. It will cause more annoyance than fun if you have to uber everywhere and you can't go to places that are far/off road.

In my case I had to borrow someone's car to practice and take the test. There was no other choice as my state required logging practice and schools didn't give out cars. Luckily I met a good friend at work that helped me practice. I wouldn't have my liscence if it weren't for him.

I would suggest you look for a close friend or beg your parents or something. I don't see another solution.

You really don't need a car if you want to date. Girls really don't care about this. My ex was never in my car (which I dated about a month). We really liked to take walks instead and do other stuff

The car/license doesn't define you. It's only an asset, one which you can totally live and date without. Have fun an not worry about this
