You seem to understand the concepts and consequences. Is there any particular reason you freeze up at this point? Feeling uncomfortable, afraid of a negative reaction, etc?

have some pretext to read their hands or just slightly touch their shoulder or arm with your hand or the back of your hand. More and more. Do it as if it's just part of your body language and it's natural (it will eventually become natural)

At the same time you are talking or letting her talk and using some routines or techniques or whatever works for you to keep her attention while you slowly build up the kino.

She is focused on what you say on a conscious level and focused on the kino on a semi-conscious / unconscious level.

the more you do it the more natural and fun it feels. I was where you are 4 month ago, you're getting there :)

also, try dance.
