Watch a shit ton of comedies and sitcoms. Humans model behaviour off things we see everyday so you'll gradually pick up that type of humour. Brooklyn Nine Nine is a great show to pick up silly harmeless type of quips.

Your best bet is to hangout with funny people. They'll make you hilarious in no time. Until then, like the other guys said, watch loads of comedy. And unfilter yourself.

Back in day the used to tell guys with this question, take acting classes or some type of storytelling class maybe.. Improv/comedy was another that seemed to help guys think on fly.. This will actually put you around people and have you interacting and practicing, it will become 2nd nature.. Good luck

All of these just popped into my head right away. Don't be afraid to express yourself unfiltered. Doesn't matter if its stupid or not. Just next them if they don't vibe Bruh you're at a Halloween party have some fun!

Prepare stuff in advance. This is easier for Halloween, when you can expect people to make comments about your costume.

Find some close friends to joke around with. Learn to do that with new people.

Don’t you have a group of guy friends who talk trash to each other constantly? That’s definitely where I learned to be witty… when applying it to women you just have to make it a little more over the top they know it’s a joke.

Yeah, listen to other people being charismatic or funny. When you hear something you like, or could have used somewhere, take a mental note. In time, the ways of humor (which you relate to) will start to bridge in your mind and come to the surface more readily and perfect witty come back will pop into your head at the right moment. Maybe not always, but more and more over time.
