You can't, just take some time and ask yourself what you really want (morning is usually best for me because I'm sharpest). If you decide that you want this girlfriend for the right reasons then make an honest goal to not cheat on her and just know how miserable it'll make you if you do. Or maybe you'll find out that it's time to move on. Cheating on a girl you're really into is a major dickhead thing to do, trust me.
