As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

First you need to choose your platform. There are PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Then you buy your first game of your liking. You can buy them on physical stores or the digital ones (PC you can only buy digital nowadays).

Then just start playing until you beat it. Buy a new one and repeat. Congratulations you're now a gamer!

Try to get your hands on infields. This is video footage of guys who have practiced , showing them doing approaches. Not just the flash, but what regular game looks like. This will show you what it looks like in the real world to approach.

Rsd Tyler, Julian, max are all good examples. Vadim from honest signalz is another decent one. There are other coaches too. But if you can find good infield footage, it’s useful to watch.

Then start thinking about where you can go, where there will be an abundance of women you can talk to and meet. This is usually bars, but you may not be able to get into bars yet. So, think of parties or any other outlet you have. But you need an abundance of women to approach.

Then go out and start doing approaches. Try to think of learning game as a social experiment. It’s not about spinning the best game and then getting the girl. It’s more about being unsure of yourself in some social situation, going for it anyway, and gaining a reference experience from it. Then you decide adjustments you need to make, go out again, try the new changes and keep practicing. You will improve and begin to build confidence.

Mindsets are big as well. Keep learning about them.
