I am a textbook overthinker. I am absolutely merciless when it comes to beating myself up for a problem, this is especially true for women.
I am currently 27 & right now, I am not as successful with women as I want to be/know I could be. I've always focused solely on "getting women" and its never really worked out for me. Being emotionally needy/desperate/outcome dependent is something that I truly, truly struggle with.
I realize that I have flaws and I've written them down. I want to change. I know that I need to love myself first before a woman can love me. But I'm such a perfectionist I feel so inferior & inadequate all the time. And ironically, I'm so scared of falling short that I don't put 110% into things like I know I should.
I'm currently about to start my last year of medical school. I graduated from a top 25 university. I'm an Eagle Scout. But for some reason, I don't feel a sense of pride like I should & feel like I'm constantly inferior to people.
I find that I am addicted to negative thinking, and I'm recognizing a pattern here. How do I change? I know it won't come quickly, but I am seriously losing my mind. I am exhausted just sitting here thinking of all the differerent ways I'm inferior and not good enough.
