Here's ways to demonstrate value:

Relaxed demeanor
Confident tone and gestures
Social engagement with others (especially other women)
Great listening skills
Dapper clothing
Comfortable walk

All this aside, women value different things.

The best value to demonstrate is whatever the girl seems to enjoy. Listen, observe, and provide.

The 'diference' between everyone is how comfortable they are in the situation.

Demonstrating value, is demonstrating self-esteem. It's doing things, expressing yourself, in a calm, relaxed manner. It's behaving as if you are 'good enough'.

Everyone has a 'line' where their behaviour isn't congruent or comfortable any more. You 'demonstrate value' by going outside of the range of what 'normal' people are capable of but delivering it comfortably, delivering it without 'nervous tics' (your voice cracking, laughing to cut the tension, twitching, stumbling over your words, avoiding eye contact, having a persona, ego, reactivity, etc.). Standing out and being comfortable doing so.

That can be 'extreme' (in a sense), you can be unusual or different or exaggerated, that's 'humour'. It's a big sign that you can go outside of the norms and fully own it. Although, really, you don't have to go that far. Talking to a girl, at all, 'normally', casually, in a comfortable manner is enough of a demonstration of self-esteem in a lot of cases.

I mean, you don't have to do it directly. You could be talking to other people, you could be talking to your friend and she sees that, she sees that you are 'fun' and buys in, she can hear your voice carry across the room, she can see that you're not self-conscious and value scanning, etc. To vaguely summarise, are you being 'cool' or not. Being 'cool', having 'value', is having self-esteem and having fun; you already knew.

Physically show you are a good, interesting person to know. You’re interesting & charismatic.

What’s better though is displaying value. Think James Bond - 4 figure watch, cool car, 2 piece tailored suit, cool calm demeanour.

You shouldn't think about this. You should, over time, turn yourself into a high-value, attractive man. Women will figure out that you're high value when they meet you because women who want to get to know you ask questions to find out more about you. They will then figure out you're high value or low value. This is not something you should fake.

Bragging and faking value will almost always backfire. Hence why you should not "demonstrate" value. You should just be high value and let women figure that out on their own. Being a high value man is the same as being an attractive man. So learn what people find attractive and become that. Be high value. Don't demonstrate high value like some trick. A true king doesn't need to say that he's the king.

You can DHV using nonverbal things like: wearing nice clothes and taking care of yourself by being clean, smelling good, having white teeth....

If you're talking to someone, but you don't look clean and nice, and you say something to DHV, people will see it as bragging because there's no congruence between what you look like and what you say.

For verbal things to say to DHV you must be careful because too much DHV has the opposite effect but casually entering a sentence to DHV is okay.

There’s personal high value which is demonstrating high value as a person. This is basic stuff like being confident, well groomed, fit, having an abundance mentality, engaging and listening etc

Then there’s social value, which is your value amongst the social setting you hang out in. This is harder because you need to think about what type of person and crowd you want to roll with and then acquire the skills/items that will help elevate you. For example if your thing is business and high rolling, having a baller car and tailored, high end clothes etc, will help you in that set, whereas the vegan hippie girl won’t find it as attractive

You can express that values by doing what do you like, but people have to see that you have done sth.

Edit: Going through the mountains, working with people, doing good job, being kind, for me some volunteer...
