If it’s not working for you, then you don’t have to try to emulate something you are not. Sounds like you have pretty good value anyways.

And especially with this girl I get the impression that she may want something else than a ”badboy” and sees that you are way better than those guys. Be yourself my man

Bad boys have a unique weapon: they polarize opinions because they ARE themselves (bad boy in this case).

Being yourself literally means this: you speak and act according to your inner self, without worrying of pleasing or upset someone for what you said or did. Have clear boundaries, don’t be afraid to say what you think.

If you show yourself honestly, you’ll polarize opinions too, no need to be a bad boy. You can’t emulate something you’re aren’t.

Personas are a terrible idea unless you're a really good actor. It will feel fake and it will push people away. So right from the start, don't be anything you're not because it won't work.

The reason girls are attracted to "bad boys" stems from a few things:

-Girls are so used to guys coming up and flooding them with compliments and niceness and basically being a suck up. A guy who comes up to them and playfully teases them and jokes around with them is a breath of fresh air. Other guys will think he's coming up and being a jerk to her, in actuality he is being funny and charming.

-If you aren't afraid to ask for what you want, and go take what you want if it's not given to you, it means she doesn't have to. Girls want a provider, they want to be taken care of. If you're shy and passive, it means she might have to take care of you. In other words, you're not A jerk, you're HER jerk.

-Many "bad" things are fun and girls feed off the narrative. Are you going to be a boring boyfriend, always wanting to sit at home and watch TV, or are you going to take her out on exciting adventures?

Essentially you want to keep these 3 things in mind: Don't supplicate, be bold and ask for what you want with the expectation that it will be done, and be fun and adventurous. Again, don't be a person that you're not because it won't work. If doing these things disagrees with the rest of your personality, it won't work. That doesn't mean you can't ever do it, but in order to get there you really have to change yourself which is not an easy thing to do (and frankly isn't something I'd recommend).

Bad boys do it by not giving a fuck about small social rules and not being the nice guy for the sake of it.

Bad boys illicit this without direct words. 98% of aura cast upon others is unsaid. You seem like you are trying to make friends and be warm. Women upfront when they like a bad boy don't want the soft little teddy bear upfront. They want the somewhat friendly looking tiger they aren't too sure about, and hopefully can pet if they play their cards right.

Girls especially fall into this frame if they see other women giving you looks, or treating you flirty.

You need to have your "don't give a fuck" hooks into her before you can start tugging her around by them. You are trying to yank the leash before the collar is on and they slip away.

Take a movie, TV, or book character that is a bad boy in your mind. Study how they behave and try to emulate it without being pushy. Let the persona develop over time.

One I saw recently that I really enjoy his posture, look, and attitude is the main actor from the Italian movie on Netflix called Ruthless. He just has an aura that he is on his shit and only his shit. Still a fun guy, still dangerous. He is aesthetically not a classic pretty boy. He is in the words of another man... brutally handsome in character.

The biggest things of any bad boy are controlled posture, mannerisms, and vocal tone when any challenge small or large comes at them. They don't react, they twist the other person's metaphorical arm in their postural and verbal responses so the other person or people react which shoves them off balance.
