How do you handle rejection?

I got rejected at the bar a couple weeks back. She had a boyfriend, I said “ok, we it was great talking to you have a nice night!” Then went back to my table to try and scout the room until my wingman decided we were calling it a night. Before I left I went over to her again and said “your boyfriends a lucky guy, have a good night” and dipped. Saw her again this weekend and things were almost like we were friends at that point, so just be nice and don’t seem too dejected in front of her so she knows she’s safe turning guys down, it may not help your situation but it goes miles in making the world a safer place. And if they break up she knows you’re not a shitbag and you have a chance

well there isn't much point in trying to keep the convo going if, as you say, she's not interested/attracted (and either she has a bf or she's lying about having one. Same thing in the end lol)

SO just be like ''Oh! Fair enough'' and wish her a nice day/night and move on to the next

Generally I'll just say, "well it was still nice meeting you. Have a good day" with a smile and I'll walk away.

Just act like you are talking about the salad you had this afternoon. Its not a big deal, just act like its nothing. Main thing is to not be needy or reactive. Just respond like its just a normal conversation and it doesn't bother you. Stay in good spirits and keep the positive vibe.

Rejection is a hard term. Too neurotic for the mindset imo. Ive had a brutal "rejection" once when I tried to kiss a girl. She'd go back and say "But you're not trying to kiss me right?". Play it cool, move on with the topic. Keep the frame most importantly. Don't loose it under any circumstances. What happened with her is we fucked just 3 days later and actually she asked me that time "Will you try to kiss me again today?". Because I was unsure about that random behavior I said "Only if you like", she said "Well I wouldn't I ask if I didn't want". From that on you can play it simple, games in your hands from there. It's all about timing. Hence the term and mindset of rejection itself is could destroy your frame while it's unnecessary. Place a signal from time to time, and when it gets "rejected", just wait. At the right time they'll come back because you made your intentions clear.
