How do you isolate girls in a group?

A "mini-venue change". How about "hey, let go over there and check it out" or "come with me to this other room for a minute" or "let's go over there an sit down for a minute" or whatever. You can even say to the group "I'll bring her right back!". If you've got attraction going from the woman, you should be able to lead her away typically.

If they are all attractive and you would be fine with any of them, then you talk to the group and see which one picks up your conversation the most and eventually turn it into a 1 on 1. As long as you gave the other girls ample chance to talk, they usually get the hint and leave the two of you at it.

If you only find one of the girls in the group attractive, then you still approach the group of them. But you have to be quick to make it clear who you really came for. Force the conversation at her if she’s not the one talking. Direct the questions and statements at her.

Usually 1 attractive girl with uglier friends is a bit harder than a group of attractive girls from experience. The uglier friends are more likely to get jealous and drag her away than a group of attractive girls that know they can get someone else.

Wingmen or ask her if she wants a drink and take her to the bar. Or just be confident enough to deal with a group of girls.

I make friends with the friends then tell them I am going to borrow their friend (Girl I like) for a sec then bring her back.
