I learned by watching YouTube videos and reading about game. But the biggest thing was going out and grinding my social skills. You're gonna be shit at it at first, we all were. the more you go out and practice the better you'll be. It took me about 4-5 years of going out on the weekends to become pretty proficient at taking home women.

Most people who try to do the basic PUA thing have social, looks, or mental health issues. Its best to address these foundational issues rather than jumping into the advanced stuff. As for dating just do the basics like learn what most people do on dates and how to flirt.

The Game - is a marketing tool designed to sell Niels friends stuff (supper successfully I might add)

The thing is nothing works for everybody thus the divide in the community .

Ok than . Go out and approach see what fits you .- trial and error - figure it out by yourself .

You can watch what others do and copy it (though It might be tough to find in the modern climate )

If you want a more non self reliant method :

Watch a bunch of infield - see who you feel you want to be like the most . Sail the 7 seas and get his program (not worth buying in any case ) and stick to it for at least 6mounts 5 days a week .

Everything works (to an extent) , some less , some more - but at the end of the day you are a beginner you won’t get god tier results out of anything .

When you get enough practice to know what the problems are - ask for specific advice .

Even less self reliant method - find a couch that offers live mentorship (3/6 months ) and go and live that life .

Edit : I used the first one - took around 2 years to get consistent results
