That's a current problem I'm working on at the moment. There's this girl in my class that likes me or is somewhat obsessive about it and I'm not attracted to her.

Backstory

She joined my college this semester and I've only spoken to her once it was nothing deep either, I didn't even flirt with her or anything. Honestly she weirds me out a bit and I'm just not attracted to her.

About her

Let me tell you the little that I know about her. I heard that she liked not one but two of my friends. She told someone that she only talks to one when she wants to learn about sex as she doesn't have much guy friends. I heard from his girlfriends that she used to come sit with her and talk to her in the early mornings when she comes to school but ever since she found out that she was trying to get with her bf she stopped talking to her. (The guy showed his girlfriend the Facebook messages she sent to him, in one of the messages she said she wanted to fuck him).

My other friend now, she kissed him on the neck one day we were at school (bare in mind me, my friend, her and other people were there and she did it right in front of me). It was on that same day that I heard from a friend of mine that she likes me. No I do not like her nor am I attracted to her and I'm serious. 

    *The Problem*

She sorts of forces herself to be around me and forces herself to talk to me and it weirds me out bro. How can you say you like someone yet flirt with all of his friends? Plus she does this thing were she'll stare at me in class and whenever I feel someone staring and look around she'll stop looking at me (a Friend of mine told me this).

I just want to let her down nicely and not be an asshole about it. She told me, "she cant handle rejection" which to me is like her saying I have to be with her or something like that and as I said before it weirds me tf out. The other day she was talking and she said she was with a guy she didn't love him or anything and she had sex with him then after that she stopped talking to him because she got tired of him and she felt self conscious. Bro those are all red flags in my mind. She also told a girl friend of mine that she's super jealous and if me and her are together she wouldn't want me to talk to no other girl, touch any other girl or anything like that.

There's a lot more but I'm leaving it at that.
