How do you make a conversation less interviewy?

It's because you're not doing what you want but attempting to get validation, information, from the woman to feign connection. You don't connect or generate attraction with information but from going through a wide range of emotions and experiences. You can stop this by telling experiences of your own, setting up experiences for you guys to have (Ay let's look at this random thing over here), or bringing out shared passions that you can bounce back and forth.

Ask yourself this. Do you actually care for the answer of the question you're about to ask or would you like to have a deeper experience with her? Find out what you want to experience and do it without hesitating.

Talking is just there to be the glue between experiences. Don't rely on it.

Make assumptions, like "Oh I can tell you're from (such and such)", they ask "why?" and you say something like "Oh your style/accent/random shit". It gets the convo flowing SO much better than "Where are you from?".

Another example: "You seem like a dog person", to which she'd say "What makes you say that?" and you can say something like "Very outgoing and fun"Much more fun than "Do you like dogs?"

Make it fun and loose, both of these I've used in conversations. Make positive assumptions.

tell her your occupation, and about all exclusive places you could take her to if she became your girlfriend

Also, anyone knows why with some people the conversation can just "Flow" and with others not? There are some people that I am telling myself (how the hell did I manage to make to the converstaion see almost flawless?). It just happens and I pray that I'll be able to do it the next interaction I have. Any ideas? insights?

I remember feeling like this. But I think you've kind of answered your own question.

I'd suggest that you need to realise that this isn't necessarily something you can force. Could even argue it isn't a skill

You are fine with some people and can make it 'flow', because that person actually is interested and is talking back and actively participating. Maybe because they are attracted. Maybe another reason.

But with some girls, maybe they really don't want to talk too a stranger and so will do all they can to make you give up (with their body language and one-word-answers etc). This can be especially true of very young girls who have been brought up on the iphone and don't talk to random people in person at all and think it's strange lol. Or maybe she's just not attracted and doesn't want to lead you on in any way etc

TLDR; Conversation is a 2 way thing. Much like attraction, you can't force it. Find the girls who are attracted (and or participating in the convo). If she's not, move on

I wouldn't rush to get out of silence. Learn to stew in silence like that. Most of the time, if women are in to you, they'll fill the void for you,

My experience:

(1) Say her name frequently during a conversation. Your own name is the most beautiful word in your world.

(2) Practice active listening. It's always about listen to what someone is really trying to say. Rephrase and ask her if you understand her correctly.

(3) Know how to stop. Seriously.

Logical conversation is not sexy. It forces them into interview mode too.

You need to learn how to speak womanese. It’s irrational, emotional and conversations move from one emotion to the next.

Do it in a playful and flirty way while self amusing and you’ll be fine.

Practice. Next 5 approaches, you’re only allowed to ask her 1 interview type question. The rest of the convo you have to improvise, cold read, tease, and even tell a damn story.
