My dad lives with me so he has no choice in the matter. Actually now that I think about it... maybe I'll get him ear plugs for Christmas...

Also in my experience girls won't give a shit if you don't. If you make a big deal about fuckin with your parents in the house then they will too. Your place (even if you don't own it) your rules, you set the vibe.

completely depends on your relatives. Got strict Asian parents like mine? They wouldn't let me bring a girl home unless I was about to marry her. Got cool white parents like my ex? They had never met me before inviting me to stay with their daughter at their home in NY for a week.

This is a bit off-topic but I find the issue of children living with their parents interesting. (Disclaimer: I live with my mom, so I might be biased.)
When I tell people I still live with my mom, I always feel like I need to explain myself. Living with your parents always seems suspicious. A friend of mine and his fiancée will be moving back to his parents' apartment block and people seemed to be iffy even about this. Fuck, I've heard people making derogatory comments if someone moved back to the same TOWN their parents lived in.
Generally, when the topic comes up in this sub, it often doesn't seem to be about logistics or parent's not allowing it but about what the girl might think (or maybe I'm projecting. My mom probably wouldn't give a shit if I had a girl over but I'm worried about what the girl would think).

Here's the thing though: For reasons I don't want to speculate about, our western culture is obsessed with having your own place and living as far away as possible from your parents (part of it has to do with the idealization of independence or rather the demonization of dependency, but I don't want to bore you with anthology theories). But this is a phenomenon of our culture. And it's even extremely recent. I'd say until a few decades ago, at least in my country, it was entirely normal that many people would still live with their parents, even when they were married and had kids themselves. Multi-generational households were completely normal. And they were the norm for most of human history.

In the specific case of girls, I don't think any girl really has a problem with a guy living with his parents. What she has issues with is the guy being a "mama's boy" who has his parents take care of anything and thus has no motivation or drive on his own. But that's an assumption, it's by no means a given. There are countless good reasons why you'd be living with your parents.
Would a girl be bothered if you shared your house with a roommate? Probably not. Would she be bothered if you lived with a non-related person that took care of everything for you and on who you dependet to survive? Yes, regardless of whether she's your mom or not.

So I think the biggest hurdle when you're living with your parents is convincing yourself that it's okay. And to do that it's okay that the imperative to live on your own is a recent cultural invention that would have seemed odd for most of human history.
The second hurdle is the potential signals it might send that you're a dependant momma's boy. It's up to you to disprove that. Unless there are strict cultural rules, logistics are probably the easiest problem to solve.
