I feel like me (and many other guys I read on here) have the problem where can we get almost infinite numbers with cold approach, but rarely get texts back. Obviously, a large percentage of this is just going to be girls who aren't interested to begin with and just gave their number out to be non-confrontational, but it's hard to not think your texting has something to do with it when the problem is this persistent, or when it happens with girls who seemed genuinely interested (strong eye contact, asking lots of questions about you, saying they're down to hang out).

So, how do you text after getting someone's number? How long do you wait to text? What do you say? Do you go straight for the date or try to build more rapport? Is there something you do in your approaches that decreases the number of non-responders you'll get? I'm lost on texting, it just feels so foreign to me, while have face-to-face interactions is really easy.
