Most people will tell you to lie by omission and that is the most effective way to sleep with women. There are ways to spin the narrative and justify it through different words but ultimately that's what it is. It is the most socially acceptable , most popular form of casual sex for a reason. It takes a REALLY mature women to prefer harsh truth over pleasant sounding lies.

If you want to appeal to a higher sense of morality you would just tell them the truth BEFORE you have sex with them and let them decide. You will lose women if you do this and it only benefits the small ( in comparison to the population of women in your city ) number of women you personally interact with.

On the point of women wanting relationships and commitment: people often don't say what they mean or mean what they say. While her end goal might actually be to settle down in the long-term with someone, she might be enjoying the journey to get there and buy the way, you always gatta test drive a car before you buy it, if you get my meaning.
