Getting out of a relationship can be hard to rebound at first because you may not have an immediate option to make you feel confident. You gotta put yourself out there and start dating to get the engine going. When you start having options(ie talking to multiple girls), you give off this vibe that women is not scarce in your life, which builds confidence and in return attract more women. Women can judge by your actions that make you seem more scarce. Human evolution has primed us to seek scarce resource.

I used to think that guys would be tripping over themselves to date me if I just lost a few more pounds. Then it hit me... Was I so deluded to think that I hadn't a single flaw besides my weight? And even if I was this mystical, impossibly beautiful, amazing, friendly, loving, sexy, perfect woman with a little extra chub, do I really want some shallow dude who can't love me past a few extra pounds? Do I need to watch my every calorie and step for the rest of my life for fear that he'll leave me? Wow. That hit me like a ton of bricks. Work on yourself, on being a good, kind, decent person. The right person will find you at the right time. Don't settle for less because you're impatient.

I lack on being funny and super charismatic so I don’t rely on this. I only rely on my bettering my looks perfectly. Then i start to compare myself other handsome, tall guys ( which sometimes they get better eyes and all attention on them than me , which makes me feel worthless ) then i end up with getting nothing. I don’t think i am ugly. I get many attention sometimes. I am maybe at least 7 on face and 6 at least in physicsal appearence. think i need to change this but idk how...

I’ve never had that experience, women will always prefer looks above all else. You can be average and do these things (besides becoming funny, you can understand a joke and laugh at yourself but being genuinely funny is a gift it can’t be learned) and become attractive but real ugly people cannot. I’ve done every self improvement trick in the book and women don’t even give the slightest glance they literally couldn’t care less. That’s just the reality.
