Are you familiar with kino escalation? Its a way of touching someone in stages to grasp their comfort levels with you. Give that a search there's a bunch of threads on it in this subreddit.

As for adding flirtation I don't really have pointers that's something you don't really script you just react in the moment. I tend to do "misunderstandings" of things where I pretend that i thought she was flirting with me and I say "Hey, easy there tiger. At least buy me a drink first" things like that. Also small comments on things, like her dimples - girls blush when you mention their dimples (only when they actually have dimples though)

Tone of voice is everything. You can’t flirt if you’re being over the top happy and giggling. It won’t be taken seriously

When I tell a joke I say it low so if she can’t hear me she’ll bring her head in close and I’m right in her ear. Add a hand on the back or hip

Polarize. "Want to go on a date?" Obvious intent. Yes and everything else is a no more or less. Dont let them keep you in limbo.
