At least, I don't think about some schedule for this. You're overthinking it.

A girl is beautiful and I want to tell her. You start talking to her so.. Do you wait? Do you say it right away?

What are you talking about? I do neither. Why do you need to tell a girl some throwaway compliment that's meaningless because it lacks imagination AND is something that every guy on the street yells at her as she walks down the street?

Answer: you DON'T. You don't need compliments. Especially no bullshit basic compliments like this.

And anyway, ask yourself..... WHY do you "want to tell her?" Isn't it because you're looking for some sort of positive response from her? Like you want her to appreciate what you said and you want to score points with her?

Well, you and every other guy on the street.

You want to compliment a girl? Wait until you've already been on a few dates and actually know her more than just her appearance, which she largely has no control over. Then if you must compliment her later on, do so based on shit that actually matters. Like something internal that is meaningful.

Yeah I compliment girls, as soon as I have a compliment come up in my mind I will say it. Why would I wait? Of course I say it right away.

I only compliment her actions and behaviour as a way to qualify her and to encourage her in a certain direction. But you have to be restrained in the beginning, one or two compliments in the first hour is enough.

If i just met her and I'm getting to know her I might compliment her on the fact that she regularly goes to the gym: 'It's cool that you take care of your health. I like women that put a priority on health.'

If we've been dating for a while I might say something like: 'i like that you always put in effort to look nice for me.'

During sex I might compliment her directly but I'll always frame it so it's clear that it's about how it affects me. I'm not just worshipping her. And again I'd rather compliment for behaviour.

Don't tell her she's beautiful. Find something more unique and specific to compliment her on. Preferably unrelated to her appearance (though clothing is all right)

I would only compliment a girl on something if I truly meant it. And I'm not easily impressed so it doesn't come up too often. But I think girls can tell when you're being sincere and will appreciate it in the right circumstances.

Yes, you need compliments, otherwise you'll have a hard time building comfort. However, don't overdo them.

Compliments need to be small and specific. You can open with a compliment as well. However, more than 1 or 2 compliments are too many, keep it small and simple. : )
