I [27M] just got back into the game a month and a half ago (now granted mostly the drive to wanna try again, and I’ve got a mentor who’s been guiding me through this), but one thing that’s been consistently digging at me lately - how to just cold approach WITHOUT FEAR. I’ve cold approached a few times (a few times at the beach), but it still felt Herculean to do so - to even walk up, open with a “hello,” etc. etc. How do I, within every fiber of my being, cold approach without it feeling so Herculean?
