There's this girl I've been into for awhile, she's been in a relationship for years and is recently single. I made my move and asked her out. The date went well and she was very receptive and made me feel funnier than I actually am. She actually kissed me when I was dropping her off.

So we have another date planned. My current problem is that when she texts me she hits me with a lot of one word replies and never ever engages me. I've been hit with a lot of "wow!!" or "ooooh nice"before and after our first date.

I'm very good at burning through these mind games in person and forcing open communication but through texting im lost. I even called her out on her texts on the first date and she joked around that she likes to be "vague", which pushes away the idea that she just sucks at texting. So pretty much she's playing a game and I want to cut it down. I'm trying to reduce my texting with her and not seem to eager but I realize I'm just playing into her game.

If I still feel like she's playing games after the third date I'm going to cut it off, but currently I dig her a lot and realize I'm just playing into it. I want to reduce our texting communication and just see her in person or through phone calls. What do you guys think?
