If they end up making out with you I don't think interest is a problem.

Just feel them up when you're making out with them. Slide your hand down her back, grab her ass, whatever. You've just gotta keep going up the ladder, and making out is pretty high on the ladder.

You could just be terrible at making out, that might make them walk away.

Practice making out.

Believe it or not girls actually like making out. Get a female friend (preferably a dorm mate/close friend, someone who can keep it under cover) to make out with you. I'm not joking. Genuinely express your desire for practice to a female friend that you can trust for help in making out(and that you're not looking for anything romantic). As long as you guys are isolated and secure, I'm sure an open minded single female friend is willing to do it.

Not to tout my own horn or anything but today I was on the subway to head for my daily training exercise uphill, and there was a cute blonde on the station. She was showing some IOIs so I went up to her and was like, "Hey please don't take this offensively, but just curious do you want to make out? I'm really bored"

It was pretty pleasant for the next 15 minutes on the train. And I didn't even bother to get her number because I wanted to do it again.

So I usually do not have much of a problem gaining initial interest from women by just talking to them and flirting/teasing a bit (always at parties when I am drunk, but they aren't necessarily). I'll go in for the kiss, and we'll make out for maybe like 2 minutes, and then they walk away. I feel like I have a problem taking things any further, or maybe they just aren't interested. What should I do to escalate? Also just a note, girls usually find me attractive. I don't see myself as a very interesting person though, so that may be an issue.

Stop escalating so far in public? Then you'll weed out the ones who are just making out for a brief thrill. And you'll keep the interest of girls who shut it down because they don't want their friends to think they are sluts.

Get them to another private place. But make up an excuse so they have deniability. Say your hungry. Ask them to join you for whatever it is. Or pay attention to your conversation with them. Say you are talking about something you have a video for at your place, invite them to watch it at your place. Something like this. It doesn't need to be too believable: she'll know what you're possibly suggesting. The key is to give some other reason to go off alone and see if she goes with it.

If she does, then you know it is really on.

I think you may be approaching this a little wrong. I don't make it out with a girl in an attempt to sleep with them... I make out with them because I enjoy making out. For me making out is an end in itself. It's an opportunity enjoy their body, run your fingers down their back, squeeze their inner thigh, enjoy their physical prescence.

Approach it in his manner and I'll think you will be surprised how you don't need to escalate... Then end up doing it themselves.
