Move the conversation. If she seems into you, say "let's go over here where it's quieter," and place your hand gently on the small of her back to guide her through the crowd.

Now you've initiated physical touch. If she doesn't move your hand away, you can go sit on a couch somewhere and put your arm around her. The entire conversation just got a lot more intimate.

That is why there is a method called KINO. It means that you gradually touch her elbow, her forearm, grab her neck to whisper something, grab her waist... and so on until you can try to kiss her. The idea of this concept is simple, if she doesn't feel comfortable when you touch her hand, there is extremely little chance that she wants you to kiss her.

To touch her elbow, forearm and so on... you need a reason to do this and you create a reason like, touch her elbow while saying: "By the way, did I tell you bla bla bla?"...., to touch her forearm try something like this: "hey look [touch her forearm] at that guy/car bla bla bla...". To grab her neck, say: "let me tell you something, come closer I'm thirsty/hungry etc" .... and so on...

When dancing, just hand on her waist twist her around to face you and go in for the kiss. That’s how you fix it. If she doesn’t go in just go to the next girl. In a club she won’t even remember you 10 seconds later.
