This is a very tricky situation as seducing a woman that is on the offensive is tricky. You don't want to show too much interest and you better have her chase a bit .

I think the best tool you can have at your disposal is qualification. Ask her questions to make her feel like you got her number because she worked for it by answering them .

Also get some social touch in: hold her hand side- hug her maybe a kiss on the cheek .

Use a lot of sexual eye contact so she can feel your sexuality but still have people around you oblivious of what is going on.

Also make specific plans when taking the number. A " let's talk later" won't cut it .

Your beliefs about yourself are a problem. You first and foremost need to believe you're a catch.

Body language is crucial. You need to be open, expanded, and carry yourself with authority (think to yourself 'I own this place')

Opening/1st impression is always important. You need a strong physiological state (which is a feeling of calm confidence). If I was you, I'd playfully open by saying something like, "Uh oh, here's trouble. I'm not going to have to throw you out tonight, am I?" or even, "You look pretty innocent to be partying at a place like this..."

Okay, so you've opened. Conversation could continue, it could not. Hopefully it does. If she sticks around, ask her why she's there and get to know her for as long as you can. But I don't want you to get in trouble for talking to patrons on the clock so IDK how you'd manage that.

If the conversation doesn't continue, try to generate positive, or even sexy eye contact with her through the night. That's not staring like a serial killer, it's smiling, positive eye contact.

If she responds to positive eye contact, maybe wave her over to you? IDK if you can walk around or not. When you have the chance to escalate, just pay her a compliment.

If she responds well to that, tell her you like chatting with her then date/# close. Maybe you know a cool place you can take her for a date: "Hey, I enjoy chatting with you. Give me your number so we can check out [insert place] on my off night” or just ask her back at your place: "Hey, I enjoy chatting with you. Come over for a nightcap and you can also meet my cat."

depends where you work. If you're a bouncer its surprisingly easy. You can just ask a legitimate question and Segway from there. Often times they come to you to flirt or ask for the number. But i would not do this as a security officer in a more professional setting.
