Hey I'm wondering if anyone here has gone through some of the same coin as me and maybe have some tips on how to "get back". I had massive social anxiety, but I overcame it with pushing myself to do cold approaches in the daytime alone, and felt really attractive and had many girls to choose from once i got the hang of it, but then I did just that, and got into a relationship for three years. During this time, my skills declined heavily, and my social anxiety crawled back to an all-time high as i stopped doing approaches- Got dumped, and now I feel like I'm super boring after having my head doing the same cycle and routines for the last 3 years in a relationship, I just dont feel "fun" or interesting anymore and it sucks. Before I could talk for hours about just nonsense, now I'm struggling to maintain even the most basic conversation. Haven't made any approaches yet, and its back at square one, don't have many friends and feel very lonely too. But what I'm really asking is, if you were into game before and in love with the proccess of studying it and improving, what would be a good starting point for a once "intermediate" but now a total beginner and noob to get back?? Should I just start doing approaches and get through the initial phase of rejection so I can become comfortable with it again, it just feels like it would be "too much" at this point with everything else going on, the breakup and all..maybe im overanalyzing it, but any tips would be greatly appreciated.
