That demeanor is the result of the no fucks attitude which is also a result from going outside of your comfort zone to get what you want, don't take any shit and be assertive. The best thing you can do is understand that everything in life isn't going to be given to you and if you don't go take it yourself you'll never get it. If you see a cute girl go talk to her see if you like her, if a guy jumps in front of you in line tell him off deal with it how you personally want too. Me I'd tell him to be a respectful human being and get to the back of the line but you can be polite too it depends on you. Set boundaries for yourself and other people, then do or say whatever you want within those boundaries and when another person crosses them deal with it direct. Also dont let yourself become attached at least not easily at all, there are plenty of fish in the sea and were all horny. Doing this will have you calm and collected because the only one who will get you what you want is you.
