I'm a creative freelancer and I meet a lot of different people in one-off work gigs that only last a couple days. (Think of it as a busy, restaurant-type of situation.) Sometimes my co-workers are cute ladies, and I'll try and flirt and kino here and there throughout the day.

But at the end of the day when we wrap up, I always have a hard time isolating them enough to #-close. There are usually 30+ other people running around working, and it feels super awkward to stop them and ask for their number in the middle of everyone else.

Usually I'll resort to looking them up on Facebook afterwards and asking them out via message, but I know that's definitely not as strong as getting their number in person.

Any ideas, Seddit? Should I just man up and ask them out even if other people overhear me picking up a girl? Even if I don't see them on a daily or even monthly basis, these ARE my co-workers and I obviously don't wanna be known as the "guy who hits on all the girls at work".
