When I first started trying to do this kind of stuff it was kind of awkward and difficult. I think I hinted at us kissing for like my first “move” and then it just kind of happened. Now I’ve gotten better at it and it kinda just happens if we’re flirting. Just be confident and even if it’s awkward at first u will get better at it

In a situation like this (you've been hanging out a while....as the "friend") you have to do "baby steps". Sequential steps almost. You can't (usually) go from sitting across a desk, to planting a tongue in her throat in one step. Unless you just know the vibe. But since you're asking for advice, I doubt you know the vibe.

Start with a simple touch. Hand on the shoulder. Or, "Give me your hands...I'm an amateur palm reader". Something like that.

Bring wine. If she drinks wine with you alone in a room, it's pretty certain she likes you. Or just sit next to one another talking on the bed, escalating with kino, until you just go for a kiss.

You kind of have to just be direct about what you want, even if it means you’ll probably get rejected. Realistically your first few attempts are going to be awkward as fuck but once you get rejected a few times it’s much less scary and it kind of just comes more naturally

Tell her you want to go for a kiss and ask her if she’ll let you. “How would you react if I were to kiss you right now?” She probably won’t say anything and instead will be thinking about what to say in reply. That’s when you go for it. Of course, if she pulls away, stop. After that, I would just leave. If she’s not willing to let you do it right there, there’s no point in sticking around. Just make your way to the exit and don’t apologize. If she stops you from leaving, listen to what she has to say. Simple stupid, stupid simple.
