Can you describe more about her and you as individuals 😩 I feel like it’s hard to understand men that are like this that’s why I ask. What is it about her that drove you this way? To feel this way? It’s kind of cute. If it turns into more time together, you have to be honest and communicate with her! IMO you just need to "check" yourself and implement some good pacing. You really like the girl and that's great. I do not think it's bad to text often, but be very conscious of smothering her and keep your perspective - ask yourself if you are being too "needy" or compulsive.
So in short, stop thinking she has you by the balls :)
Use the other two girls in your rotation to help with the pacing - literally rotate the attention to them and come back to your "main"
You have no control over whether you "lose" her or not. Try to accept and let go of what you cannot control. If she goes, it's her loss not yours , always remember that

First reason why you will lose her. Having a crush on a girl is the first step towards behaving like a beta male, which will kill any interest or attraction.

My fuck up is that I feel too invested in her now and this sucks. We only had 1 date with her, I have 2 other girls that I see regularly but I’d stop seeing them if she asked me to.

Yeah, definitely will lose this one. Clearly needy for her, which will drive her away.

But this girl got me by the balls I don’t like texting, but it feels like if I don’t constantly text her I’ll lose her interest.

Ironically the more you text her, the more likely you are to lose her, because over texting is the number one step towards killing attraction as you become dull and kill all the mystery.

How do I stop this fear of loosing her?

Well, you gotta realise that when you are afraid to lose someone, you ironically create a self fulfilling prophecy. Because that fear causes you to act in unattractive ways, which is exactly what will cause that you lose her.

So you are the one betraying yourself by caring about the outcome. Healthy men don’t give a shit if they lose a girl or not. Whatever happens, happens. But as soon as you care about not losing a girl, it’s already game over.

You can’t win.

You just have to accept that you will lose her and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Ironically, if you did nothing, you would not lose her, but your fear constantly tells you that you have to do something which is what will drive her away.
