Hey! I want to say that im really really proud of you for going out. thats not easy and most people cant even get that far.

Secondly, while this isnt even a proper Field Report (Shame on you!) i've already got some great feedback for you!:

The way i got around this was by changing my mindset. This was HUGE for me. Instead of saying I should approach XYZ girl, I say to myself: I want to approach XYZ girl. It's small, but you'll find yourself super motivated.

Approach is so hard because I make it hard I wish I could shut off the brain.

The problem that you're seeing here is that you're approaching women is your main goal, and so you're completely 100% focusing on that. There are two ways to change that.

Method one:

Tell yourself that you're "Here to have a great time." and that meeting women is a part of that, but not the ONLY PURPOSE.

Method two:

Have a wing go with you. Give him 200 dollars, and tell him every single time you approach you get 20 dollars back. Your goal is now to get your money back, not approach.

I use both methods, and its hugely fun for me.

I don't know man, today just feels like a down day. Not in a great state so to speak. I need to amp myself up or something, I had 1 day this week where I would of approached anyone but only had 10 minutes and no girls were on the street I was walking.

Some days something clicks in me and I become confident other days I am weak and slightly depressed.

Today is not yet over I'm going to try to force one approach. I want to try reacting faster then my brain can process what I am doing. Then get to a point where there is a point of no return and I have to approach. If I give myself to much time I get into my head and stuff. This shit actually parallels close to how I play sports, I play better when I don't think.

The only approach I was going to do left right when I ordered my item she got up and left. Really bummed out on that one because I was totally going to approach.
