It seems to me that your problem is that you stay with the woman for too long, you guys run out of things to stay and the awkwardness kicks in. Try talking for a shorter amount of time and pretend like you have to be somewhere and ask if they'd like to catch up at a later time. Get their number and be on your way as the interesting/mysterious guy.

It's tough, but no one has mentioned this and I have been told I do this a lot by my friends.

I talk about sex a lot with girls. And I do really early. The last girl I picked up I told I loved to eat pussy probably within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. Now, how I got there I can't remember, but it wasn't creepy or weird and her and her friends were into it.

I find that when you talk about sex and have it on your mind, it makes it easier for you to make moves and show what you really want. I think what is happening is you are talking about stuff and thats good, but you really have to escalate things. You have to be bold and you have to take risks, but that is what turns girls on anyway.

A great rule for closing: -Really listen and remember everything she says. Especially her hobbies and passion

Later on ask her out on a activity(date) that has something to do with her hobbies or passion example: You: So what do you like to do in your free time? And please dont tell me shopping haha

Her: Well i like traveling

You: Wow cool! which countries have you been to?

Her: Almost every country in Asia

You: Really? I love Asia! Thats really interesting. Hey I got a great idea! Lets hang out at my place, I got this epic asian movie bla bla. You're gonna love it!

or

You: Hey I'd love to hear more but I gotta go, lets hang out! (ask her out somewhere to get drinks)

PS:

Never ever ever ever take her out on a dinner or movie.

Your approach anxiety is no longer an issue. Check.

Holding a conversation doesn't seem to be a problem, and you can talk for hours. Check.

The only thing that seems to be missing is focus. Lead them through a flirtatious pathway. Are you letting them know you're interested? It seems that this awkwardness is a result of the girl being confused and asking herself, "when the hell is he going to ask me out/make a move and kiss me?"

Have a goal, and follow through. Don't just talk for the purpose of talking.
