Best tip I can give you: Stop calling yourself a beta - if you want to "improve" you just have to socialize and get the reference experiences. We all started out without a clue how to get girls but the sooner you start just trying things the better you'll get

1) Drop the negative self talk. 2) Sleep with a girl that might be a tad bit below your standards. I was exactly like you at 16. Don't know your history, but I had literally never even kissed a girl at 16. Got involved with a girl that I thought was ugly. Got my first kiss from her and 2 weeks later lost my virginity to her. I cringe at the thought now, but oh boy did it do wonders for my self - confidence. For me, it was almost a ramp - up so - to - speak. I started with an ugly girl and gradually started hooking with with slightly hotter girls until I legitimately felt I could have success with 8+'s. Then I started having standards. Maybe it's not the most noble or glorious route you can take, but it worked for me. Don't regret it for a second.

Bro you're 16 just worry about being a teenager. You're too young to be stressing about being "beta". You're not even devoloped and 10 years from now highschool will like elementary to you. Improve your self and set your self up for success after highschool. That's all you should be worried about. Highschool doesn't mean shit in the big picture of life. When I was 16 all I was worried about was who was going to buy me alcohol and cigarettes and if my mom will let me take her car. You'll develop and you'll grow up. I promise that. Set yourself up for success.

Drop the alpha/beta narrative. That's frat boys talk.

Allow yourself to fail, but also get yourself figuring out what caused the failure(s) so you can take action on those problems. Beating yourself over that won't help, nor will that "redeem" you in anyone's eyes. Quite the contrary, actually.
