She see's you as a friend, Best to just assume she has a boyfriend and be her friend. She probably had the idea that you thought of her as more than a friend when you got her number. If you want to push it furthur, feel free to but its not worth being with a girl who would cheat on her boyfriend with you.

I made this one but haven't tried it yet. If she tells me she as a boyfriend I would sarcastically respond, "Really I have lots of boyfriends and girl friends, boys who are friends and girls who are friends, but what she and I would be, what makes us different, is the fact that we would be lovers and best friends. We would be passionately romantic to each other while still being silly and having fun. If she's still adamant after that I would leave her be, tell her that shes beautiful and that her boyfriend is truly lucky and be on my way.

Since you wanna be her friend, text her something like "So, I had a dream last night that you and I own a farm and we grow chicken who laid eggs but you wanted to sell all the chickens to McDonald's. I hope you have changed your mind. You know what? Let's talk this over a coffee or tea."

Go out to study or some other excuse related to how you met. Make something up if you have to, but get more face time with her, later in the day on a week day. Wherever you go, whatever you do, make sure you can get to a pizza parlour within walking distance if you are both over 21. If you are under 21, make sure you are close enough to your pad to be able to be there within 10 minutes from wherever you go.

Toward the end of whatever you are doing, mention food and how hungry you are. Then, after the function, take out your phone and order pizza. Make it appear kike you are doing it for yourself, but let her "catch you", when she does, tell her you are sorry that was rude. She is of course welcome to pizza as well for helping you with whatever bullshit reason she is with you.

Make sure you are both drinking with the pizza. Beer or wine coolers. have no other drinks available if you are at your pad. After she is drinking, she will be more open to you being closer, and occasional friendly touches on her forearm.

When she gives you the look, go in for the kiss. I assume you know where to go from there.

Oh, and one last point. NEVER ;bring up her boyfriend d or any topics related to him. If she brings him up in conversation, change the subject away from him. Keep her engaged with you, so she doesn't think about him.
