I want to start by saying this post isn’t meant to come off as bragging—I’m genuinely looking for advice on how to handle this situation better. I’ve been in the online dating scene since the end of October after coming out of a 4-month relationship.

At first, I was really focused on just a few matches, probably giving too much attention to the first couple of dates through constant texting. Over time, I’ve adjusted my approach and seen a lot of improvement in both my confidence and the results I’m getting.

Now, three months in, I’ve gone on 20+ dates and am continuing to match and talk with more people. The challenge is that I’ve reached a point where I’m overwhelmed with the volume. I’ve collected so many numbers that I sometimes lose track of who’s who. I’ve also found myself canceling some planned dates or stopping replies to amazing women because I don’t have time or my interest fades.

Right now, I have 20+ chats where it’s my turn to respond, and I’m not sure how to juggle it all without dropping the ball with women I’d actually like to connect with long-term. This isn’t something I’ve experienced before, and I don’t want to miss out on potential meaningful connections just because I can’t manage it well.

For those who’ve been in a similar situation, how do you stay organized and intentional when you’re talking to so many people? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and thanks to this community for all the insights that have helped me so far.
