After half a century, trying to be cool, I have found that cool'ness is not an act and trying to be cool by impressing others with things that you can buy is not the way to go.

In my opinion, the cool guy is the one that fights his inner coward, and stands up for what he believes in (Unless of course that happens to be crime :).

Be your self.

Engage in sports.

Learn to play an instrument.

Learn a foreign language.

Respect other people.

Stand up to injustice (to other people).

Be faithfull.

Have fun.

Being cool is about respect. When you see someone cool, you think, "man, I want to be like that guy". I see a lot of folks say being cool is about not caring about what others think about you, but it's more about doing what you want to be doing and getting good at it.

In terms of how become cool...the simple answer is that you need to work on yourself. You need hobbies and things you can do to get better at so when someone sees you doing your hobby, or speaking with confidence about a topic you're comfortable with because you've studied enough to BE confident, they think, "man, that's a guy who knows his shit and is someone I can learn from".

Be someone you respect and harness qualities others will look up to, then you will be cool.

First thing is stop thinking about what these ppl thinking about you.That what i did in my past.Learn how to dressing up cause thats first impression to other ppl :) Start training,trust me its helping so much.I can tell you that its burst your inner game so much!Like other ppl here said learn new things,like playing Guitar or something maybe dancing i dont know thats you gonna Choice :). Dont try to be another person, be yourself man :)

The cool guy is the one that is more invested in himself than others. You can't become 'cool' in one day, the 'fake it till you make it" is Bullshit.

You care about what people think because you aren't 100% focused in yourself. When you care about what other people think of you, you are giving them power over yourself.
