I’m have this problem as well... I think things that help would be dressing well, taking care of your skin, gaining some muscle, or even possibly growing longer hair.

Agree with this. I got together with my BF of 4 years when we were 20. He looked so young and it was the only thing holding me back initially, but he dressed really well, looked after his body and had a subtle confidence about him. When we got together he grew his hair long and it made him look so much better (he still keeps his hair long now).
But however you look, you’ve got to learn to love yourself. Insecurity doesn’t look good on anyone, whereas confidence will make you 100X more attractive.

Hit the gym and get ripped. Masculine body with a boyishly handsome face is something women find extremely attractive.

I second that!

Lemme help you out with specifics as I went from people thinking I was 15 to people asking me what I did for a living over the span of a year. I think what we have is the “Justin Beiber face” - soft eyes, pointy chin, not much facial hair - almost androgenous. Girls around 13-17 dig you, but other than that you might have to do some work... Here’s some tips:
Dress well: don’t wear clothes with emojis and cartoons; they make you look like a teenager. Stick with plain colors and try to keep the colour scheme consistent across your whole body. All black is a great idea because as well as having a consistent colour scheme, it makes you look taller. If the colours contrast too much, your body gets divided into too many sections and you’ll look short. With consistent colours, you’ll look like a whole long section. Wear button up shirts if possible. Most importantly, make sure everything fits well. Too baggy and you look like a hipster teenager; too tight and your imperfect body proportions will become more visible. Also, wear a watch.
Wear shoes with thick insoles. I’d say any guy under 6’3 could always do with some extra height, and being taller makes you look older, so whenever you buy new shoes, make sure they add at least 2 inches of height. On top of that, if you manage to get some boots, you could even sneak in another inch or two with some height increasing insoles.
Make sure you have flawless skin. If you’ve got acne or skin problems, people instantly assume you’re adolescent. Get enough sleep, have good mental health, drink 2 liters of water a day, get some daily excercise where you sweat, eat tons of vegetables, and avoid foods with lots of sugar.
Gain weight and muscle. I personally find it very hard to gain weight, but if you can, try to bulk up a bit. Go to the gym and eat larger portions of protein. One trick that I’ve found that helps you look more muscular is doing a couple of push ups and side lateral raises with a dumbell before leaving the house - make it part of your morning routine. It sends blood flow to your muscles and makes your chest and shoulders look significantly broader.
Don’t try growing facial hair. If you’re like me the most amount of facial hair you’ll be able to grow would be a very faint beard around your mouth and a bit of hair around the chin. Growing that won’t make you look more masculine. With that “Justin Beiber face”, it’s just gonna make you look like a teenager who hasn’t got his first razor blade. Shave it all off and go for a clean look.
Grow longer hair. Have some kind of sophisticated hairstyle that is long, so that the attention is drawn to your hair rather than your face. I know some guys look masculine with a buzz cut, but if you have boyish facial features, a buzz cut will make your whole face look rounder and more childish. Anything where the hair is longer than your ears is good, but don’t go too far because you’ll end up looking like a girl...
Be confident. Walk with good body posture and maintain good eye contact whilst talking to people. Whatever you do, if you do it with confidence, people will be more inclined to believe that you’ve got your act under control, and consequently see you as older. Faking confidence can only last for so long, but getting your goals accomplished will make you more confident from within.
Speak in a deeper and louder voice. Practice speaking from the chest register instead of from the nose register and it will instantly make your voice sound more boomy and deep. Record your voice and try recognizing the difference.
I feel you because I struggled with this as well and these things really helped me look older as well as more attractive. This won’t make you look 25(Let’s be real here, that’s physically impossible), but it will certainly make you look at least 18 or early 20s. Hope that helped.

I guess they aren’t really necessary, but you could use them to give yourself an extra inch or two on special occasions. Nobody will notice, but you will definitely notice and feel more confident. Experiment with them and see how you feel.
But definitely consider how much height increase you get when buying new shoes. Avoid those super flat converses if possible I’d say. There are plenty of comfortable shoes that add two inches of height. At 5’8, you’d be around average height.

Nike AirMax’s also give around two inches of height, or even Nike Air-Force Ones, but if the climate’s cold, then might as well make the best out of it and get a good pair of boots.

This will turn into an advantage as you age.
I also look quite young, and I am exactly your age too. I am 184cm, which is just a bit over 6 feet I think, but I have a quite young looking face if I shave it clean.
I consider it quite an advantage in this situation, because if the worst case scenario happens and clubs stay closed very long cause of the pandemic, I still will look not that much older when the will reopen, and I can still frequent the same events even in 2022.

Fake scars and balding might help but don’t do it 🤣

A lot of it also comes down to the type of body you have and how you dress. I'm also not good with facial hair, so my face also looks a bit younger than most around my age. What I did in terms of spicing up my appearance was working out to build more muscle and get a bit bigger, got some tattoos on my arms and changed out my wardrobe to get some new clothes that work better for my body type. Just alone dressing well really improves your game.

I'm 29 and I have always been 5 years than my current age 😂. Personally I do do'nt care anymore. I just use it to get that shock factor that helps tear that wall down.

Get a tattoo, doesn't have to be too big.

Looking younger than what you actually are is a big bonus. What's your ethnicity? If you're Asian, then 5'6" is their average height so you can have your luck with Asian/Indian girls, also, you can hit the gym, get some shape: that'll boost your attractiveness with the opposite sex.

Go for younger girls lol?

I AM too young

Are you me? I'm 17 and frequently told I look 14-15. I find I could theoretically have luck with 14-15 year old girls, but I turn 18 in 6-8 months, so I just think the logistics don't work out and it feels just predatory to me. I'm also 5'6 and I have a barely noticeable mustache
